Welcome to our company's internal training platform. To ensure quality knowledge acquisition and build an effective learning environment, the management board has issued the following specific learning regulations.

1. Flexible schedule:

The system allows learners to decide their own learning pace (self-paced). You can proactively schedule your time to complete lessons whenever you have free time.

2. Completion time:

The courses have no time limit. You can review and revise the material at any time to prepare for your work.

3. Lesson sequence:

Students are required to study and complete the content/steps in the correct order as arranged by the system (no skipping steps).

4. Requirements for the Video Lesson:

For video lectures, students must watch over 95% of the total video duration for the system to mark the lesson as completed.

Discussion groups are a community space where learners (collectively referred to as Members) can connect, interact, ask questions, and collaborate on group projects.

1. Member Rights:

Posting: All members have the right to post articles, share experiences, or ask questions for discussion within the group.
Invite new members: All members can send invitations to other employees in the company to join the group.

2. Administrator (Admin) Permissions:

Adding website members: The administrator will be responsible for reviewing and adding new members to the e-learning website system.
Creating events: Only administrators have the right to create and organize learning events, workshops, or Q&A sessions on the system.

3. Content moderation & Anti-spam:

To maintain a quality learning environment, the system has integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically filter and block posts that show signs of being spam before they are displayed in the group.
Note: Group administrators are exempt and not affected by this automatic filter.
